Ed Meehan started the firm in 2002 to work with companies and
investors in the technology and education sectors. With over 30 years of investment banking, venture capital and board
of director’s expertise, Ed brings extensive insight and experience to his clients.
Arcady Bay makes small selective
investments in the education and technology sectors, where we can bring value to the company and its strategic vision.
We were an investor in Provost Systems (sold to Edison Schools)
and in 2008 invested in Starfish Retention Solutions

In 2009 we invested in JTC Education and in 2010 invested in and joined the board
of Straighterline (www.straighterline.com).
